Boohoo February Wish List!

With it being sunny recently I've being lusting after a new wardrobe full of pastel colours, floral patterns and lace, especially now me and my boyfriend have booked our summer holiday! I don't even care that it's still February :)

  • I absolutely adore this rose lace collar chiffon blouse, it's SO pretty!
  • I love oversized tops & jumpers so to pair that with these colours? Just omg!

  • I've been getting into exercising recently but have been struggling to find some comfy, decent looking joggers, I really love the Leah ones paired with the strappy vest.
  • Hoodies are my favourite thing to shove on on a lazy day, I don't think I could even choose my favourite colour because I like them all so much!
  • I'm not a big heel wearer but I really like the contrast of the nude heels and neon strap.

  • I love all of these colours, so feminine and gorgeous, they make me want to be on the beach!
  • Rob, if you're reading this, the colour of the knit cardigan is the colour theme for our wedding :)

  • I'd never wear the monochrome socks or "totes emosh tights" in public but I think they're both SO cute!
  • I have a thing for studs and triangles which explains most of the rest, I need that stud headband!
  • Last time I bought a pale yellow nail varnish, no matter how desperately I wanted it to look nice, it just looked horrible and tacky but I refuse to give up!

Yeah, so basically the whole shop! A girl can dream!

MUA Love Hearts - Kiss Me

Soooo I really hate most lip products. I've been buying more lipsticks recently but I hate how drying they are and how after a few minutes you have to start worrying about whether you've smudged it or whether the lipstick on the middle of your lips has disappeared. Lip glosses are just sticky and lip balms never usually have much colour! So usually, I just don't bother. BUT I really liked the look of the MUA Love Hearts Lip Balms and for £2 I thought I may aswell give it a go! I picked Kiss Me because it was one of the brighter shades of pink and as I have quite dark lips I thought paler colours like Sweet Kiss and Sugar Lips, although because really pretty, probably just wouldn't show up on my lips.

As you can see, it DOES give my lips colour and its quite a sweet, girly pink rather than a bright pink, almost coral colour that it looks in the pot. When the glossyness has gone the colour seems to stay and I actually don't mind reapplying it every few hours because it's not sticky or annoying, I don't even notice it's there but it instantly gives colour to my face without me having to worry about how dry my lips look! I love it and now want to own them all!

Soap & Glory Haul

I absolutely love Soap & Glory. I love the pink, girly packaging. I love the smell of everything. I love the humour on the packaging. There just isn't anything not to love! So I thought I'd show you some bits and give a little review as I go along!

THE RIGHTEOUS BUTTER - Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter™ Body Butter 300ml is a smooth, creamy, and velvety intense body lotion. With skin softening shea butter and aloe vera to attract moisture, some folks think it's a bit addictive! £10.50

I love the smell of this body butter and this is actually my second one. Unfortunately  I'm awful at doing the whole moisturising thing and only ever dig body butters out when I'm going somewhere special because I hate the sticky residue they leave. This one isn't as bad as some, it sinks in quite quick BUT I can still feel it :(

SUGAR CRUSH - Soap & Glory™ Sugar Crush™ Body Scrub with smashed brown sugar & sweet lime, almond oil & macadamia grains £8

Being as crap as I am with scrubbing and moisturising, as you can see, I haven't even used this yet so can't comment but it was voted best body scrub by essentials best beauty buys 2011 so I'm expecting good things! This smells quite different to other Soap & Glory products. It has a really strong lime smell (probably expected considering it's got lime in it!) which I'm not quite sure about.

HAND FOOD - Soap & Glory Hand Food™ Hand Cream 125ml is a super-silky gorgeously-scented non-greasy hydrating hand cream featuring fennel and lotus flower extracts, which leaves your hands super smooth. £5
SCRUB YOUR NOSE IN IT - At last - a simple solution for large pores and clogging. Just Scrub Your Nose In It™ with this amazing face scrub. Our fruit-acid formula leaves skin looking bright and radiant. £7.50
HEEL GENIUS - Soap & Glory Heel Genius™ 125ml is a soak-in foot mask marvel that smoothes and softens while you sleep. £5.50

I love hand food. It's probably the best hand cream I've ever used (until recently but more on that in a later post!) I spent all of last year carrying it around in my hand bag and as with the other products smells amazing!
Scrub your nose in it is probably my favourite of all the S&G products. It's a green formula with little exfoliating bits in. It smells so minty and fresh that you almost feel like you've had a new face! I tend to leave it on for a few minutes to use it as a face mask rather than a scrub but I like that I have the option!
Heel genius does just what it says! What else can I say? Smells good and it works, nothing bag to say about it!

SEXY MOTHER PUCKER Fasten your seatbelts! It's Super-Colour™ Sexy Mother Pucker™ with SUPERFILL™ Lip Plumping Spheres and LIPSWELL™ Volume Boost Technology. In new seductive colours and fabulous flavours. £9

Before any of you ask, yes it really does work! Temporarily of course but if you can put up with hair stuck to your lips, getting stuck to your cup of tea etc then try it. It makes my lips noticeably bigger, my mom even noticed! If only we could have the lip plumping without the stickyness of a thick lipgloss!

FAB PORE - The Fab Pore™ has an intensive pore refining action with our exclusive PORESHRINK-R COMPLEX™. Ideal for greasy, spot prone or problem skin, or for a strategic attack on a misbehaving T-zone. £8

This is the best face mask I've ever used and I'm actually sitting with it on right now! It's got little greeny blue beads in that you rub in and they sort of burst on your face. After a few minutes you start to get that stiff, can't move your face kind of feeling which I love because it makes me feel like something's working! After 15 minutes I feel so refreshed and my skin feels so good!!

PEACHES AND CLEAN - This facial cleanser has our special clogged T-zone formula includes peach extract, quillaja bark, jojoba oil, Detoxyboost™ technology and Poreshrink R2™ . Deep cleanse your face today. £7

I've included Scrub Your Nose In It again because these two products have become part of my skin care routine. I use the face scrub followed by the cleansing milk and then use my Simple moisturiser. Afterwards my face feels amazing. It feels so soft and actually looks so much better, almost glowing! The cleansing milk has a really weird consistency which surprises me every time I use it (sad I know!) It's almost like spreading thick cream all over your face but it's pink and smells nice so it's a lot less disgusting. Absolutely love them!!

Ebay finds!

I got both of these on Ebay. The one on the left is from topshop and was about £5 and the mon cheri top is from River Island orginally and was part of the autumn/winter range which was reduced in the January sales. I was so desperate for it but by the time I realised it was in the sale my size had sold out and they didn't have it in my local shop. Luckily, my lovely boyfriend saw it on ebay and paid £20 (!!) for it. I love wearing both of these with my jeggings and high tops. They're my two favourite tops at the moment.

The dress on the left is a dark green jersey skater dress from New Look which again, I got off ebay for about £5. I love dresses but never have anywhere to wear them but this ones quite casual so I convinced myself I needed it because I'd wear it all the time which I doubt I actually will! The chain print skater dress is from Miss Guided originally but I got it from a local woman closing down her shop for £5. It's not really my kind of dress and the chain print isn't seen very often any more but for a fiver I couldn't help myself!

This cardigan was off ebay, originally from New Look and was also about £5. I love it so much. It reminds me of spring/summer and i can't wait to wear it. I love the multi coloured flecked detail and even the buttons are cute!!!

February Primark Haul

I almost bought this top in my local Primark in plain white a few weeks ago but couldn't decide if it looked a bit cheap so left it but then went to a bigger Primark with my bf and saw this one! I love the pink ombre effect and I have a thing for studs so picked it up for £5. Not really sure when I'll be able to wear it though because I can't get a cardigan/coat on over the spikes and it's definitely too cold to wear without!

FRONT

BACK

I adore this blue shirt. The front is a tshirt material whilst the back is blue chiffon with a dipped hem. There's also a lace panel that starts just below the shoulders at the front and carries on down the back and the collar is made of a thicker version of the chiffon material with lace tips. I just love it!

I picked up this navy blue top with a pocket and rolled up sleeves with button detail on the sleeves and shoulders. This was only £2 (down from £4) and I really like it as a simple, goes with anything kind of top!

I got these ballet shoes from the reduced section for £4 from £6. I'm not usually a fan of leopard print but I love the black suede toe, black bow and heart detail!

I'm not sure about these shoes but they were only £2 (down from £4) so I got them anyway. They're quite similar to the Kurt Geiger rose gold ballet pumps and they have a cute floral pattern inside but everyone I've spoken to has told me they're hideous so they probably won't leave my wardrobe!
