ASOS sale haul

Oh dear. ASOS sale + 10% student discount + free delivery  = too much temptation!!!
I've been wanting a new purse with more card slots in because my current one is quite small and whilst I really like it, it only has 2 spaces when ideally I need 4 or 5 ideally so when I spotted this River Island purse for £6 (from £10) in the sale I thought I wouldn't get a much better deal! I quite like the simple design BUT
the inside is a horrible leather look shiny red mess! On the asos website it shows one picture of the inside of the purse and it's black which is really frustrating and it also feels quite flimsy and the popper on the front is quite difficult to do up which would be a pain in a rush so I'll probably send this back even though part of me loves it! :(

Recently, I've been going through an oversized/boyfriend tshirt with skinny jeans or jeggings phase and asos sells the best oversized tshirts!! The tshirt on the left is by Vera Moda and was £8.50 from £12. I'm a bit obsessed with stripes and I've been searching for the perfect staple blue and white stripe top and I think I've found it!! It's got roll up sleeves and a pocket on the front (which I'm not too keen on actually).
The second top is a peach washed tie die effect top that I didn't actually get in the sale but it's now reduced so thought I'd include it. It's now £10.50 from £18 and I've worn this a lot!! Unfortunately the rolled sleeves have become a bit unrolled in the wash so I need to sort that somehow but I love it!
The third top I've been after for months so as you can imagine I was a happy bunny when I saw it in the sale! It was £8 from £12 and again like the other two it's quite loose and oversized. It's almost box shaped which made it quite difficult to tuck one side into my jeans but still, this is probably my favourite item at the moment!

MUA Haul - Power pout & nail polishes

MUA is quite possibly my favourite brand! It's so affordable and they're constantly bringing out new things meaning that their big crayon like lip products were on shelves only weeks after other brands released similar products! So I ventured into Superdrug the other day and picked up a few bits. I just couldn't help picking up some of the new nail polishes, I already have quite a collection! I love the new bottles, it makes them look a lot more expensive than they are, they were only £1 each!!
From left to right I picked up Deepest Purple, Pistachio Ice Cream and Bold Blue. I own so many purples but this one is so gorgeous, I don't have anything like the minty green colour and I've been wanting a blue like Bold Blue for absolutely ages. I'm really impressed with these new colours and the others that I didn't get chance to pick up, they're the perfect colours for spring! If they're anything like the other MUA nail polishes I already own they'll be really long lasting too. What more could you want?
Just to confuse you all, I swatched them backwards! From left to right - Bold Blue, Pistachio Ice Cream and Deepest Purple.
I've been so excited since I heard MUA were bringing out the Power Pouts to the point where I've rambled about them so much, my boyfriend even went looking for them the other day to buy me some! I will at some point hopefully own the whole collection but for now I have Broken Hearted which is a fuschia pink. I love how moisturising these feel, it means that they apply really easily and they're all such gorgeous colours and so pigmented. I'm really crap at taking my make-up off of a night so when I went to take my make-up off this morning I was pretty amazed that I still had this on!! About 15 hours after applying it which is pretty damn good considering it was only £3, a lot cheaper to the higher end brand alternatives!

New necklace - Claires

I haven't been into Claires since I was about 10 and I vaguely remember everything I ever bought breaking! This, plus the fact that every time I buy an item of jewellery it just ends up in my jewellery box with everything else I've never worn means I have no need to go into Claires but this necklace was on the reduced stand by the door and it dragged me in!
I really could have spent a massive amount of money in there! They had some really nice bits in the sale but I restricted myself to this one necklace so that I had some money left over to by some new MUA products (see post here). It was only £2.50 down from £9 and I thought it would look perfect with a plain white tshirt and considering pretty much all I've been wearing recently is white boyfriend fit tshirts I convinced myself I'd get a lot of use out of it!
I love the pastel colour combination, it's so girly and perfect for spring. I just can't stop looking at it!!

Fragrance Direct Haul (Dainty Doll, NYC, Revlon, L'Oreal)

I placed my first Fragrance Direct order a few days ago and thought I'd show you what I picked up! Being ridiculously pale, I've always wanted some items from Dainty Doll, the range by Nicola Roberts but it's so pricey I just couldn't fork out so much money for a blusher so when I saw that the whole collection was reduced dramatically I couldn't resist!
I purchased two of the powder blushes in the shades My Girl and You Are My Sunshine. My Girl is a really girly pink and You Are My Sunshine is a shimmery bronze kind of coral, both gorgeous colours. They were £1.99 each instead of £13.50 which is a massive saving of  £11.51! I also couldn't resist getting one of the kohl eyeliners aswell as they were only 99p which is a saving of £9.51! I got one in the colour Night Train which is a deep blue colour, hoping that it would compliment my blue eyes! I'll be doing a review post with swatches soon!
And of course I couldn't just buy three items, I ended up buying almost a complete new face of make-up! The brush is the bourjois mineral matte make-up brush and was only 99p, I just thought it might be nice to use to apply the new foundation as I don't really have a foundation brush. It was just small, cute and cheap so thought I'd find a use for it some where. Next, I got the L'Oreal minerals concealer in ivory for £1.99 (RRP £7.99). It's got SPF 25 and I just really like the idea of applying a powder concealer with a brush to avoid the pulling and tugging of rubbing a liquid concealer into such a delicate area. Unfortunately, the colour is noticeably too dark for me so isn't wearable which is a real shame because I love that it comes with a brush and it seems to last all day too. I've wanted this Revlon foundation for a while because I've heard a lot about it but I wanted the one for combination/oily skin which retails for £12.49 and Fragrance Direct didn't have it in my colour so being impatient I ordered the one for normal/dry skin for £7.95. I REALLY like this. It takes a lot for me to find a foundation pale enough for my ghostly skin but this is a great match. I won't say too much because I'll be making a separate review post soon!
I also couldn't resist picking up a new mascara having a ridiculous mascara obsession. I thought buying this might prevent me from spending more than I can afford on the Benefit They're Real mascara which I'm lusting after. It was only £1.99 but I'm not really a fan so far. The brush is a thin, long, plastic brush and the mascara itself has quite a wet, sticky consistency which I don't really like but I'll persevere - maybe it will grow on me!
